Olej do EGR ventilu netečie. Prechádzajú ním výfukové plyny a chladiaca kvapalina,ktorá ich ochladzuje a potom púšťa do valca kvôli NOx. Znižuje sa tým teplota horenia a množstvo vylúčeného NOx. Čiže v najhoršom prípade ti odíde DPF filter a nebudeš riešiť 1000eurovu výmenu, ale 3000 eurovu.
Now directly underneath the space ship. An EGR pipe attaches to the EGR itself via two 6mm allen key bolts. You need to remove these as show in the following pics, its pretty tight for room but I found the best way is to get a small allen key and get a ring key spanner on it for leverage and undo.

Skoda Octavia TDi 2.0L. 12 plate. 83000 miles. I have just had my EGR valve and cooler replaced by a local trusted Bournemouth (Winton) independent. Total cost including diagnostics, £684. There seems to be a lot of cheaper parts out there but I trust the garage and dont want to be having to do this job again any time soon.
